Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP to tracking our time and attendance, process payroll, performance reviews, and employee self-service and training materials.
  • Time and Attendance is easy to use and has not tracking features.
  • Self Service portal is easy to use for our employees to make their own updates.
  • The performance review platform could use some more attention.
  • Security - It would be nice if things were linked together better instead of going through multiple sets.
  • We are able to process payroll quicker.
I think ADP is on the right track. There is still room for improvement but they do take the product feedback to heart and make updates.
ADP is by far better for payroll. Quickbooks has a lot of other features but for what we need it for, it is the best fit for us as a company.
ADP is great for time and attendance and process payroll. Areas that need more attendance are performance reviews, wizards for new hires and terminations. There are a lot of different pieces that have to be updated that it would work better and be more time effective if they all updated as you make one update.
