Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now throughout our company, including ADP's Time & Attendance and employee document storage. We utilize ADP for our 401(k), and it connects our employees directly to their retirement site. A critical process for our payroll involves a third-party software (IDI's TimeBank), which works seamlessly with ADP's payroll processing so that we compensate our employees properly for prevailing wage jobs.
  • Carrier Connections - We update coverage on ADP and they send the info to our carriers.
  • Open Enrollment - Employees elect online, so there are no more paper forms.
  • Email communications would be better than playing phone tag.
  • It should be easier to find the right department to fix a specific problem.
  • Consolidating flexible spending and 401k to ADP platforms is helpful.
  • Electronic open enrollment saves time.
Allowed and taken balances do not reset properly each January 1. Then the new accruals for the new year are never right for several weeks and lots of manual tweaking.

Carrier connections save time and money (another ROI example). We love the seamless links for employees to access their FSA and 401k.
WFN is great with prevailing wages. There are lots of things cross-reference other fields, so it is confusing to update employee records, especially if they are changing departments or going from part-time to full-time, etc.
