Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use WorkForceNow, iReports, and Smart Compliance. We use it mostly for paying our employees, benefits, and managing taxes involved with payroll. We also use WFN as a database for global employees not paid with ADP.
- Batch imports of pay data and employee changes.
- Custom access security and ESS profiles.
- Their tax department, Smart Compliance, is terrible. They are very slow, do not have a way to communicate, and do not take notices seriously enough.
- The reporting module is inconstant and not very user-friendly.
- The cost is extremely high, per person, for our basic needs.
- ADP cannot support our time sheet requirements or employee records needs.
- Cornerstone
We used Cornerstone for employee evaluations. It took forever to get integrated and when it was finally achieved, most of the features were unusable.
Proliant was far superior. The Onboarding module was a huge benefit and the reporting software was powerful and easy to use. ADP was able to handle more levels of security and made those levels customizable. Manual checks are also better with ADP.
