Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the whole organization, in payroll, human resources and recruitment. It addresses how unorganized our business was as a whole. It is much more streamlined and each department can see what the other department is doing. It makes it much easier to work together as a team.

  • Recruitment tools.
  • The learn platform doesn't work a lot of the time, so if you are trying to self-teach you get stuck.
It seems okay.
Very difficult to bring over disciplinary actions/attendance concerns. They actually aren't in the system, we saved them to our own system.
Overall it is a great system to use for payroll and human resources. It is hard to implement if you are switching from another system. We had issues bringing over our write-ups and where we were at in our disciplinary process. I would suggest customizing that area so it is easier and doesn't disrupt your active and ongoing processes.

Yes - APS- bought by Kronos and the immediate lack of customer service was astounding!
