Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used across the whole organization, in payroll, human resources and recruitment. It addresses how unorganized our business was as a whole. It is much more streamlined and each department can see what the other department is doing. It makes it much easier to work together as a team.

Cons
- The learn platform doesn't work a lot of the time, so if you are trying to self-teach you get stuck.
Very difficult to bring over disciplinary actions/attendance concerns. They actually aren't in the system, we saved them to our own system.
