Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now is being used across the entire organization. We use the majority of the platforms that WFN offers. Our team members use the self service function. The HR department uses Benefits, Talent, and Payroll. Finance uses smart compliance.
  • Payroll Services - Does really well at capturing changes and has good report options.
  • Benefits - Easy to use for enrollment changes.
  • Too many people give different answers to questions when you don't have a dedicated account rep.
  • Reps knowing more than one function/platform.
  • WFN is easy to use.
  • It is easy to pull reports and data.
I think the system is capable to do more than what it can. We were told that we had to manually adjust hours in a time card batch for non-exempts since pay changes were effective mid-period.
Paychex has a good payroll system and their wait times to speak with someone were often shorter than ADP's.
ADP's system is more user-friendly. As a professional, I used both systems with no problem.
ADP is well-suited for full-cycle payroll but has to make improvements to be suitable for smaller businesses.
