Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is being used across our organization for Time and Attendance, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Payroll. It allows us to house a lot of processes in one place. On the recruitment and onboarding side, it's a lot more aesthetically pleasing than what we've used in the past.
Pros
- The job posting section is very user-friendly.
- It's very easy to request time-off.
Cons
- It should be easier to send custom onboarding documents. All I can send custom is the offer letter but I can't send the Compensation Plan or Employment Agreement until the employee completes the rest of the onboarding documents. That's a terrible feature.
- Posting a job is a little clunky and could be made a lot easier.
- Primepoint
Not even an integration but a migration from Primepoint. It was pretty terrible. A lot of information was not captured or transferred over.
ADP seemed to have the best functionality to handle everything that we needed all in one place. After false promises from Primepoint, we really wanted something that would be able to do everything that it had advertised. It's definitely better than them and has more functionality than Bullhorn. It still is a little difficult to navigate sometimes and could be a little clearer in terms of where things are.
