Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now. It's nice to have time and attendance tracking integrated with the payroll system. We have been fully supported by our primary representative and others, allowing us to have a comprehensive understanding of our company setup and data. Having previously worked with Paycor, I really value the effort and constant communication with our reps given the unique nature of various payroll and tax requests we get internally and externally.

ADP Workforce Now is well suited to ease employees' transition into a new company. We have been working with our local community governments on some grants that require a multitude of data/reports that were fairly easy to flesh out and verify against the applicable tax filings. I do think that the PR and Quarterly Tax Reports section of the ADP website could use an update from an accessibility perspective. The archiving of data is nicely set up on an automatic basis and seems relatively easy to access from a user perspective instead of having to go through a rep.
