Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across our whole organization. It is our main time and attendance tracker.

Pros

  • Payroll module
  • Employee profiles are easy to navigate.

Cons

  • Recruiting module
  • Performance management module is not user friendly.
  • Payroll
  • We stopped using recruiting.
It can be scaled and ideal for smaller to mid-range companies who just want payroll functions.
  • ICIMS
  • FIDELITY
All of them were pretty easy to integrate with.
ADP Workforce Now is good for companies that are smaller to mid-sized and need a payroll company. Although ADP tries to use other modules such as performance and recruiting, their forte is the payroll module all others are lacking.
