Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used across my entire organization for time and attendance, time off, benefit enrollments, and employee self-service. We used to process everything on paper, so moving everything online has made the process easier and quicker.
Pros
- Payroll processing is easy. The system is easy to use and navigate.
- Online benefits enrollment is easy to set up without any assistance.
Cons
- The reporting function is clunky. It can be cumbersome trying to create a custom report while being able to find all of the necessary fields.
- Customer service is usually fairly busy, and you sometimes have to wait on hold for a long time. It also takes a long time to hear from a representative when you submit a case online.
- Payroll and benefits processing used to take 10 hours each week, now it takes less than 4.
We haven't tried to integrate other systems.
