Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I have to admit that ADP Workforce Now is very good software and providing good support. But sometime It made me think that big company didn't have enough knowledge employees to help. Sometime that I called support I can get the right answer right away. But sometime I got the wrong answer. Example, taxes withholding for Toledo, Ohio. I called at lease 3-4 times for the same issue that no will help fix the problem. So made the last call and I'm lucky enough to get the right person help.
Sometime i used the Bridge help finding how to use some features, but it's doesn't explain all everything I should do to make it right. So, I have to call in for support. I really like the sample reports that you created for PPP. That's very help full without have to call support. Also one feature that I have hard time understand even I took few classes is Custom report. I never do well on that.

- User friendly
- Great learning tool
Cons
- The Bridge, some guideline are not clear and not complete
- Payroll support, I always found difficulty to set up taxes withholding code.
- ADP error out at lease 3-4 times a month
- I don't have responsibility and duty to view financial statements.
- ACCPAC
