Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP Workforce Now as our entire HRIS. We implemented it about 1 year ago and have slowly introduced new features, most recently the recruitment module. We like the potential of the system. Unfortunately, our implementation with the system was very poor. We still are trying to figure out the basics and the "best practices" that were promised but not delivered. ADP Workforce Now is much better than the system we were previously using but we know it has so much more potential and we aren't utilizing it in the most efficient ways.

If set up properly, it may have good scalability. We didn't have good implantation so I cannot speak to that.
We have not started integrating other systems
ADP Workforce Now is more visually appealing and user-friendly to the employees.
I believe it is well suited for a midsized company with a smaller HR department. It may not be appropriate when your HR is quite large where a lot of people have their hands in the system. From our experience, there need to be better workflows for how notifications are done. It could have been an issue for us that was started during implementation that was done incorrectly though.

ADP Workforce Now Support

We did not receive the training that we needed to get it up and going. We voiced our concerns multiple times to our project manager that we were not ready to go live with it, and we were basically forced to start sooner than we wanted. Our current account manager is of no help at all. We have requested for a new person be assigned to our company that has more experience on the topics we need help with and have received no communication back. We wish we had better support.
