Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use is company wide as our HRIS. However, those of us in HR are the main users.
  • Continual improvements allow for increased efficiency of HR functions.
  • The new chat function has helped us fix issues and/or get answers much more quickly.
  • Screening and Selection Services are unable to verify education consistently.
  • Some workflows could be improved. When certain changes are made, they have to be made in multiple areas of ADP. It would be nice to have those parts speak to one another. For example, when changing an employment status, that has to be changed in multiple areas of the employment profile.
  • I would love to see the chat options available for all areas of ADP.
  • We do not need a large HR department to handle our employees.
  • Our small department is able to work effectively with one another because many of our functions are completed through ADP.

ADP makes most aspects of my job much easier. It is nice to have the majority of our employee information housed all in one place.

We have looked into the different performance options offered through ADP, and they don't necessarily meet our needs with the way we function. I can see how they would be beneficial to many different industries though. I love the thought of being able to dig into employee motivation as a way to get to know employees better.

Using ADP Workforce Now

230 - All employees use ADP to access timecards, to request PTO, to view documents, etc. Management uses to complete timecards and access certain employee information. Our HR department uses is much more extensively.
I am sorry, I don't quite understand the question.

Sometimes our issues get fixed right away. Other times, we are told the issue is being looked into but never hear back.

On multiple occasions, I was able to get quick support to fix issues with benefits that I was unable to fix myself. That is the one consistent area where I have experienced quick turn around with my support inquiries.

Using ADP Workforce Now

I am pretty good at diving in and learning my way around many systems. Mostly, I find that ADP is easy to navigate. Like any system, it has its quirks that I have learned to navigate around. I can see how the system might be more cumbersome for someone who is less savvy with technology.
