Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for all of our tax, benefits, and payroll needs. We also use it for goal setting and reviews. The entire company uses this product in the above ways. This streamlines all employee-based needs. Whether we need to review a paystub, obtain W4s, make changes to benefits, or what have you, we have one place to do all of the above.

Pros

  • Pay stubs, multiple visuals of how money is being distributed.
  • Benefit walkthroughs, enrolling, or waiving step by step.
  • Mobile App

Cons

  • Could incorporate PTO
  • It could be used for more company-wide communication.
  • It is sometimes challenging to make a fast payroll change.
  • Small Payroll department
  • Easy to manage pay periods
  • Employee based changes can be made so less has to go through a payroll expert.
Working in a big company, I was shocked at orientation when they told us two individuals handled all payroll across our nationwide company. But using ADP Workforce Now allows us as employees to make necessary changes and complete needs for ourselves, which takes a lot off of the payroll personnel.
Much more user-friendly and visually more appealing for workflow and payroll application. Ability to make changes easier. Faster payroll processing. Easier tax documentation, use, and changes for individuals and company-wide needs. Easy to link accounts and see a company-wide overview that Xero does not have mastered yet.
ADP Workforce Now is easy to use for larger companies to make sure all employees are taken care of in one swoop. It allows the Payroll team to be two people for a massive amount of employees because it is such a streamlined and easy process to process payroll each pay period for all employees.
