Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our main HRIS and Payroll. We use it for performance evaluations, benefits, and time tracking. We love how friendly and easy it is to use. We recently transitioned and it was very easy for everyone in the organization to adapt to ADP. The app is very easy to use and everyone in our organization uses it all the time.
  • Payroll process is very simple.
  • Time tracking is accurate and easy for managers and users.
  • Benefit management
  • More flexibility with some of the features sush as performance categories and process design
  • The price was better than we had before and we freed up some time to do other things, which is a very positive impact on our workflow.
While we are small, we feel ADP Workforce Now can help us grow, and we won't need anything different in the long term.

I think for an organization like ours, ADP Workforce Now is the perfect solution--all-inclusive and easy to use.
