Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP as our Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Recruitment solution. It allows all employee information to be centralized, plus it provides self-service opportunities for our employees.

We started with initially 450 employees but have grown to 650 and the system continues to provide accurate data with efficiency.

The presentation is cleaner and a lot easier to manage and understand in ADP Workforce Now. A lot more intuitive, plus ADP is an effective dated system. My experience with Sage HRMS is it was a real-time system.
ADP Workforce Now offers fantastic payroll processing, retention, and tax compliance all in one package. It is constantly being updated. One thing I feel needs improvement is the amount of flexibility in the hierarchy structure and approval processes--needs more.
