Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used as the HRIS system for the entire organization. It also is our one-stop-shop for payroll administration, benefits administration, applicant tracking system, and housing personal data. We are soon to be expanding our modules to use ADP for our annual performance management reviews and housing employee files.

  • Reporting is straightforward and can be done quickly

  • Hard to use the ATS side of things sometimes
  • Make it simpler to reset users or see when users are locked out of their accounts or need a password reset
  • Saved time processing payroll
  • Made recruiting easier and hiring candidates faster
  • Employees enjoyed being able to update their own data.
ADP is a great system. I have used other HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, etc), and none was as user friendly or did everything it needed to. While ADP does have its own glitches, I still prefer it to any other system available on the market. It is nice to have one place to go for everything.

Simple and easy, some integrations took longer than others.
I prefer ADP for its functionality and ease of use. It is also nice to see that ADP is taking the time and money to get feedback and make changes and updates to their system. I loved the update with the new field grabber for ADP reporting it makes my life easier!
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for larger companies as it makes reporting quick and easy. It is also well suited for companies that only want to use one system for all things related to HR instead of having to log into a different system for payroll, records, etc. It is easily integrated into just about any company!
