Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Workforce Now is being used by HR/Payroll as well as employees via the portal. Keeps everything in one spot for employees so they can find info quickly.
- Displays benefits so they are easy to read and understand.
- Allows you to attach docs within the program versus employee files.
- Easy to create and maintain benefits plans.
- Reports could be better.
- Onboarding process could have more detail.
- Quicker updates for 401k changes (for those who have ADP 401k plan).
- More employee interaction with self service.
- More employee engagement.
- Seamless record-keeping.
- Would like to integrate Compass but cannot.
- Would like to integrate NetSuite but cannot.
Integrating these systems would connect our onboarding, employee self service and timekeeping systems.
