Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It's currently being used for Payroll services. We use direct deposit, wisely cards, and mobile clocking. It gives our employees their information in real time on check stubs, pay data, time off, etc.

Pros

  • Processing Payroll.
  • Taxes.
  • Helpful with legislation changes; keeping us informed.

Cons

  • Account Managers; you can't ever get a hold of them or they don't know anyway.
  • Support is hit or miss if the person can help you or not.
  • Cumbersome.
  • More efficient process.
  • We've been able to go 100% direct deposit or wisely card.
  • Mobile clocking is awesome.
Seems to work well to add in additional employees. The locations however are confusing and we have multiple business units. I think that part could use some work.
I think when you have a local person that can be your in-house expert I would recommend it. I would not recommend it if you didn't have your own payroll person to manage the system. There are needs that come up every day that need quickly resolved and the in-house person can do that. When you are waiting on ADP it can take hours to days depending on issue. I do like the system itself.
