Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for our payroll processing, recruiting and talent management, benefits, and it is our HR system of record. It is very helpful to have everything loaded in one program. We went from using 3 separate systems to just one (ADP) and it has been a lifesaver.
  • Communicates law changes, compliance issues quickly.
  • Helpful live support for any department necessary.
  • Staying up to date on clients needs and building those into upgrades.
  • You can tell how some modules were built by different people, as there will be a drop box on one area and a radial button on the next. Some are not consistent.
  • We are still in the process of implementing all the modules we need to ROI will be seen later.
Works well across all our facilities. Wish we could drill down even more in security to give more things to more departments without them seeing things they should not have access to.

We have an amazing support system through sales, getting is what we need for the price we need to be at. We also receive detailed and patient help from our account reps.
If you are looking for a system that can encompass many areas of payroll and HR, then Workforce Now should be a great fit. Having everything at your fingertips to do your job, without having to work with multiple systems is a time saver, and prevents errors. Efficient and effective for larger companies.
