Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being utilized for Payroll. We have now implemented the talent, recruitment, and benefits portion of ADP. It has worked great for us. We did have some trouble getting it off the ground, but now it is very solid.

ADP basically works with us to change and adapt to anything as needed.

IDI was intense, but not due to ADP. Our rep with IDI made it difficult. We have now implemented the HR module and it was a rough start because of our rep, but once we got a new one, it went fairly smooth

Majority of the time, ADP support is very helpful. We do wish there was more support for IDI. Other than that, we are always able to get what we need from ADP support.
It is great for payroll and great when used on the desktop. We'd like to see more utilization of the ADP mobile app.

No we did not, I'm not sure we even knew that was possible
ADP has done an upgrade over the weekend and when we called to confirm that this wouldn't upgrade affect our payroll, they stated it wouldn't. When we came in Monday, they whole grade affected all of payroll. We called and they were able to help us revert back so that we could process payroll and upgrade at a later date.

Using ADP Workforce Now

Once comfortable in ADP, it becomes very user friendly. There are also so many training offered and discussions in bridge.
