Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is currently being used across our entire organization. It is easy to navigate and I have received positive feedback from employees on the ease of use as well.

I have found the mobile app to be most beneficial. Being able to make adjustments to 401k from my iPhone has been great as well as the correlating information in regards to contribution amounts based upon % increase.

Pros

  • Mobile app is user friendly.
  • Website is easy to navigate.
  • Receiving mobile notifications is especially helpful in my role.

Cons

  • The notifications menu on the website can be confusing between alerts and tasks.
  • ADP Workforce has allowed for better and consistent management of time off requests as well as entitlement balances for my staff.
  • ADP Workforce has been very beneficial in providing the ability to update personal information, benefits selections and 401k contribution options.
So far, I have not seen any issues in regards to updates to the program or software that we use as a company.

No issues to report on regarding support for the product and its intended use in my current role.
ADP Workforce Now has been very helpful and functional in assisting with the management responsibilities for my branch. Being able to approve requested time off to personal adjustments for 401k has saved me time from having to reach out to corporate level managers.
