ADP Workforce Now Review

I feel that this is a good amount for how the company works. The product is pretty decent but could use some improvements on some of the smaller items. I think the scalability does not really relate to us as we have specific people for payroll and not over several departments.

I like the simplicity and usefulness of the software. It has really helped with the payroll process. I have not tried other software before, so I have nothing to reference, but [...] I do like everything [so far]. The support team is really helpful with almost every question I have had. I hope there will be a FAQ or more updated tutorial videos.

I like that I [can] grab a bunch of different reports to meet my company's needs, such as when there is an audit, and I need to grab employee's timecards for the specific audit or if I want to find how much they are contributing to their retirement account. I do not like that there are no simpler search options [...] to find employees in specific departments or titles.
