We use ADP Workforce Now to manage our payroll across the organization. Our company is too big and complex to manually manage payroll, so ADP Workforce Now has been a good solution for us.
Pros
- Checks are always received promptly
- Clear data input process
- Easy report generation
Cons
- It can take a long time on the phone to get a customer service rep
- ADP Workforce Now is not always able to handle some of the complexities of our business
- We recently discovered that ADP made a change to a certain process without notifying us or confirming that this change was okay for these particular employees
- Positive: saves us time in payroll processing
- Negative: customer service has cost us significant time and some money at times due to slow responses

The integration did not work for us due to the need for internal accounting tracking before paying total hours.
