Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the organization, Payroll/HR/ T&A.

Pros

  • On time reports.
  • Easy data entry.

Cons

  • Custom reports could be made easier to build.
  • Have the SS number entered in twice for verification.
  • Have the state tax form completed on ADP.
  • It takes less time to enter payroll.
There are a lot of benefits with ADP but if I don't know they are offered, I don't use them or know about them.
