It is being used as an HRIS and Payroll System.

Cons

  • Support - Their customer service agents are not knowledgeable in the products they support.
  • Has made it easy to integrate other companies.
Depends on the complexity of the workflows and data users are trying to get to.

When there isn't an app in the marketplace we rely on API's. There is not good/clear documentation.
