Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for our payroll on a biweekly basis. Payroll is processed by our Finance Manager. I use ADP for hire, termination, and changes.

We are only using the performance extra of the software. We have 1099 employees and have to pay monthly for reviews that we don't use for them.
ADP has the market on payroll, for the most part it is good, just wish the setup was better.

Just wish the setup was better and done correctly.
We have been using ADP WFN for about a year and are still having issues with the original setup. We have to call the customer service number every time payroll is run to fix issues. Customer service does not always know the answers and we can get passed around to multiple agents. We are told consistently that the issue was because of the setup.
