Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used as our HRIS, payroll system, and for benefits enrollment, so across the entire organization.
  • Benefits enrollment
  • Payroll
  • HRIS
  • Reporting feature is not user friendly.
  • Customer Service, wait times can be very long and a lot of times, I feel I understand more than the rep I'm speaking with.
  • The combination of payroll and benefits enrollment has had a significant positive impact on our overall business objectives.
  • The self-service features have also had a positive impact.
  • Cornerstone Performance Management
This integration with ADP was very simple to achieve.
ADP TotalSource was good for a smaller company. Workforce Now is more appropriate for a larger organization.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

Support is a little lacking. A lot of times, I feel I know a little more than those supporting the product. There is a lot of wasted time trying to explain why and what you are asking. When you do need support, you may have to wait for a return call, and of course, when you are calling for support, it is because you are stuck and need support at that time.
It depends on the company's needs. I think for a small company with a small HR presence, it may not be as appropriate, the PEO option is probably better.

ADP Workforce Now Support

ProsCons
Kept well informed
Less knowledgeable
Escalation required
Need to explain problems multiple times
I'm not sure if we did or didn't.
Yes - I'm not sure what you consider timely. It did take about a week to resolve.
When I did report a bug, ADP helped me with a workaround and I assumed we would have this workaround for a while, which wasn't great, but it was ok. I requested the ticket be closed, but the support rep kept on trying to fix it, which caused a little aggravation because it was happening live and was visible to all employees, but he did end up fixing it. If I'm being honest, I thought it would not be fixed until the next upgrade.
