ADP Workforce Now is the Gold Standard (with a few caveats)
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is used as our HRIS, payroll system, and for benefits enrollment, so across the entire organization.
Pros
- Benefits enrollment
- Payroll
- HRIS
Cons
- Reporting feature is not user friendly.
- Customer Service, wait times can be very long and a lot of times, I feel I understand more than the rep I'm speaking with.
- The combination of payroll and benefits enrollment has had a significant positive impact on our overall business objectives.
- The self-service features have also had a positive impact.
- Cornerstone Performance Management
This integration with ADP was very simple to achieve.
ADP TotalSource was good for a smaller company. Workforce Now is more appropriate for a larger organization.

I'm not sure if we did or didn't.
Yes - I'm not sure what you consider timely. It did take about a week to resolve.
When I did report a bug, ADP helped me with a workaround and I assumed we would have this workaround for a while, which wasn't great, but it was ok. I requested the ticket be closed, but the support rep kept on trying to fix it, which caused a little aggravation because it was happening live and was visible to all employees, but he did end up fixing it. If I'm being honest, I thought it would not be fixed until the next upgrade.
