Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce now is being used across our entire organization. We utilize it for time management, including any PTO requests, we use it for benefit elections/updates, we use for payroll and many other. The biggest issue that ADP was able to address and assist us with is the time entry for our traveling service technicians, we are able to have them log their time using their cellphones. We are also able to use this data for costing purposes.

Several different ways of contacting support, sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response but with the talent shortages that is understandable.
Well suited for time entry, annual benefit enrollments, employee changes, payroll and reporting capabilities.

Scenarios where it could be improved is with backend detailed payroll calculations.
