Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it to process payroll, handle benefits, recruiting, and hiring. It is currently being utilized only by the HR department, but, potentially, we may roll out letting certain managers within our different locations to have access to do certain functions. It helps us keep track of our many employees within our different states, and it helps us stay in compliance.
  • Hiring.
  • Recruiting.
  • Benefits.
  • Reporting.
  • Not able to transfer all of an employees information over if they are being switched to another location. (Direct Deposit, Tax Info, add'l deductions outside of benefits, PTO...and etc.).
  • ADP is very slow a lot of the times.
It has its pros and cons.
  • Enterprise eTIME and by ADP

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

It really depends on who you get when you call in. If you have a dedicated account rep, it's a lot better, but not always as it seems they are overloaded.
It's pretty simple to use for the most part. But, at the same time it is also not user friendly if you aren't sure. There is too many things that effect other things that you may not know of. It would be nice if ADP provided like a REMINDER tip when you change something, to let you know...hey, please go and also change it here or it will not work as needed.

[In my experience] reporting is literally a pain. If you don't know what you're doing...forget it. I have used ADP for 5 years, and have had to spend hours trying to get a report to work exactly how I need, and even getting ADP involved, and it still doesn't work. If there is something within ADP that we are able to see on their profile, it should be able to be pulled into a report SIMPLY. Even with the quick grabber (which is SUPER slow and laggy), things are not easy.
