Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use it to onboard our new hires, keep track of time clock functions, and run payroll. It does allow us the convenience of having one program to assist with all of these functions.
- It makes onboarding a new employee simple while eliminating paper copies of everything
- Reviewing time card punches is streamlined and easily fixed when there is a mistake
- I appreciate all of the training on the program there is available.
- Sometimes, it is difficult for new hires to use the program to enter the information
- Time clock functionality is oftentimes down during the time of day we need it most
- Would like some sort of time clock option that allows non-management associates to be able to check their time clock punches for the day and correct them on the spot.
