Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I run payroll and expenses through ADP Workforce Now.
  • Figure out taxes properly.
  • Quick once payroll is entered.
  • Home screen is easy to read.
  • It's tough having to set up additional payrolls for special occasions.
  • I'd love to be able to find how to do something easier.
  • Find answers easily.
  • Helping us get organized with everything on one website.
  • It is definitely more complicated than what we used before.
  • It also is more expensive.
Accounting department is the only department using ADP Workforce Now at the time.
  • Payroll.
  • Expenses.
  • Time and Attendance.
  • Retirement.
We are still working on time and attendance.

It has taken me over a year to like ADP Workforce Now, just because there is so much to learn. As I have time, I get on the app and do training classes.
I guess since covid, it would have been nice to have in-person training, so mine is just a lack of training. I am going to start using the resources on ADP Workforce Now to learn, and I am going to also get certified.
