Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is our HRIS, time and attendance, and payroll system. Since I started with the company, I have rolled out employee self-service as well. All company employees utilize ADP Workforce Now to request time off and view pay statements.
  • Payroll is easy to complete.
  • Hiring process is not convoluted.
  • [I feel like] reporting is horrible. It is not easy to run reports. Often times I have to spend a wealth of time on the phone with ADP Workforce Now to get the reports I need. Some reports are not able to be created due to system limitations.
  • There is no back button!
  • I cannot open multiple windows at once. This is a huge downfall.
  • [I believe] the dashboard is not easy to use.
  • The mobile app for requesting time off is confusing. I spend time daily helping my employees learn how to request time off through the app.
  • Empower Retirement
This integration was costly and the transition was not smooth. [I believe] this was mostly due to ADP Workforce Now and the unwillingness to assist.
I prefer Kronos. I did not choose ADP Workforce Now, nor would I. I prefer the functionality and reporting that Kronos provides. Payroll is much easier in ADP Workforce Now.

There are times when it is difficult [for me] to reach the proper person. I have to call each time I need support. Most support professionals are easy to work with and genuinely want to help.
ADP Workforce Now worked well for my predecessor, who barely used the program. I know what HRIS systems can do and how they can be useful. I used Kronos Workforce Ready prior, and preferred it. If I could make the switch from ADP Workforce Now to Kronos, I would.
