Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it across the entire company. It is used at different levels for employee groups.
  • Payroll mgmt.
  • The bridge is helpful.
  • Time tracking.
  • Customer service. [In my experience] it is hard to reach someone and many times the customer service reps aren't as helpful as they should be.
  • [I think] the website is often glitchy or not working.
  • [I think] certain wording or structures of things are confusing and muddled.
  • Frees up time for me as only HR person in company.
  • Benefit file feeds
  • Job posting pushed to Indeed

It is really hit or miss.
I do like ADP overall, but often the way things are set up is confusing and not very straightforward. It is good for payroll in most aspects.
