Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Onboarding was streamlined with this software system. The full life cycle of an employee. I was able to complete performance reviews, complete compliance reports: EEO-1 and ACA, and process compensation benchmarking data and increases.
  • Benefits Enrollment.
  • Onboarding.
  • Performance Reviews.
  • Data Analytics.
  • Implementation.
  • Tax handling/compliance.
  • Succession planning.
  • The system pays for itself within the first year of business.
  • Doing so, by minimizing the manual tasks required.
  • Customizable to your company's needs.
There are areas the system lacks, but there are more pros than cons.
  • Cornerstone
  • SASS
Cornerstone-LMS needs a smoother transition SASS, seems too hands-off.
TotalSource is more strategy-based, more client based WFN seems more employee-based.

Implementation was not as expected. Too many teams were involved.
The data analytics module is great...you are able to capture vital information to be able to present data to improve business outcomes. However, it does become a little complex.
