Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP in a number of ways. We house update training for HR and IT. Our pay details are housed here as well so anyone can go in and see their paychecks, their financials for retirement as well as your W2s. We are able to exist more freely in our work because ADP is tremendous at keeping this other stuff well organized and easily available.
- It organizes your financial work life very well.
- It houses a centralized place for your paychecks and your W2s - comes in handy during tax season or buying a house.
- It houses numerous LMS trainings that we are able to complete inside the software and allows us to track our employee goals for the quarter or year.
- I honestly cannot think of any. It does precisely what I need it to do - very well.
- Tracking my employees' performance management is priceless. It leads to more honest and open communication and that leads to KPI performance improvement.
- Salesforce for sure.
I have not integrated it with any software but I know our Salesforce and tableau are hooked into it.
