ADP Workforce Now has helped us to streamline our onboarding, benefits, 401K, and performance management systems over the past 4 years. Not only is the platform the best for payroll, but there are also so many other aspects of the system that help in everyday work situations. We are pleased with the analytics, reports, dashboards, and the amount of information that is collected and reported on for any need.

- ADP Workforce Now payroll has significantly decreased the time needed to process and allows us to reassign administration staff for other responsibilities.
- Performance management has given us an opportunity to clearly show compliance with accreditation standards and excel in that aspect of the audits.
- Switching our 401K from the previous vendor to ADP has increased the portfolio by upwards of 25% in the past year. Individual returns are up as well.

The integration teams assigned by ADP Workforce Now have been very professional, efficient and thorough with the planning, development, and implementation of the services we have added over the past 4 years.
We were a Paychex customer for approximately 14 years prior to reaching out for bids on a new platform. In the last year of our involvement with Paychex, we were moved to a new flex platform that just didn't seem to work for us, and the customer service to get answers or identify a fix to a problem was most time unanswered.
