Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I am the Payroll Administrator for our 7 companies. Everything payroll is in my scope of work.

  • Lack of "Pay Profile" as a shortcut on the employee profile tabs
  • Makes processing payroll fast and easy
  • Saves time and money with ADP's tax filing system

We are still working on The Standard. This has not been an easy tasks. We have been working with someone for apprx. 8 months now. We are finally moving forward.

Our ADP Account Manager is always available for assistance when needed.
We have 7 companies, all with different requirements and needs. ADP is capable of adjusting to our needs on the fly. Our Account Manager is always available to assist with any problems that may arise during the day-to-day payroll process. Excellent company!
