Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
We use AgoraPulse for our clients' social media accounts. We use it in the accounts area as well for the Social Media team. We have an average of 5 clients that require social media management, from different industries like real estate and spirits. Agora is used mostly by our social media coordinator with supervision from account executives. It helps us keep everything organized and finally address the big problem of social media calendars and approval of content.

- Notifications, feel like I rarely see any notifications on my inbox.
- Assigned to me functionality sometimes is a little hard to figure out on mobile version.

Even though we tested Hootsuite for a short period of time, during that time the app was very glitchy and we had several issues with scheduled posts not going out and clients not being able to see scheduled content. Also found that program to have way fewer features than Hootsuite overall and reports weren't as simple and nice as in Agora.
