Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse

After several years of using a competing software, I was tired of the lack of functionality and AgoraPulse was suggested by an associate. We did the free trial and within a week I knew it was going to be terrific. There are two of us setting up tweets and posts daily, sometimes seven days a week. I love the ease of use, the logic installed in each feature and especially the ability to track the results, RTs etc. I consider myself a low-tech poster child and AgoraPulse is so easy to use.

Pros

  • Scheduling of tweets
  • Links to photographs
  • Tracking feedback from the readers

Cons

  • It would be great to include multiple images with a tweet
  • Allow me to post to my personal FB page

AgoraPulse is easier to use, more accurate and gives us the ability to do more.
Ease of use for scheduling multiple tweets; tracking results and tweeting to multiple accounts.

    Wow -- I loved that line "I consider myself a low-tech poster child and Agorapulse is so easy to use." We know that social media management doesn't come easily to everyone so we designed our interface and experience to be easy for everyone. By the way, you can certainly post multiple photos to Twitter. In fact, I did it right here: https://twitter.com/kalnerwilliams/status/1054783051820122113 Let our support team know if you need more info on how to do it. And gosh, we wish we could allow publishing to Facebook profiles but the latest API does not allow us (or our competitors) to do it. Maybe they'll change their mind? We can hope.
