Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Almost our entire Marketing department within our organization uses Agorapulse to schedule updates for our clients’ social media.
  • Moving social posts is easy.
  • The calendar view is helpful in planning.
  • It’s well organized.
  • Glitchy - sometimes I have to refresh my page to get changes to show.
  • Frequent error posting.
  • No auto-crop for Instagram.
6 - Reviewers, copy writers, project managers
  • Reporting has saved hours of time, even though it always requires edits.
  • Scheduling saves time over Excel sheets for approval, as were needed before we used Agora.
  • Auto-emailing clients saves time.
Agora is better in scheduling and reporting but is just as glitchy.
Great for big-budget companies that have many clients who want to review social media. Not well suited for companies managing solely their own social media pages.
