Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Before using Agorapulse, it was very difficult to get reports from the Facebook platform, but after using this great app, the reports became the easiest thing I could get out. Managing people and choosing the period in which I need to go, assigning conversations to some users are also some beautiful features of Agorapulse which I use daily. Thanks, Agorapulse!

I can get reports from Agorapulse, and choosing dates. Both things that I couldn't do with Facebook Pages Manager.

I'm happy with all the features of Agorapulse but I need to make an individual report for each user.
I faced some issues with login via my users and the support of Agorapulse helped me very well.
Specifying days to get into is the most suited feature I needed, as we have more than a 1-day backlog in our inbox always and I need to divide these periods between my agents, so, this feature helped me.

The reports also are a great thing, but I needed to create an individual report for every user I had.
