Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
Agorapulse is used by the fundraising, marketing, and communications department to keep track of our social media comments and personal messages from all platforms in one place, especially for advertised campaigns. This addresses the problem that with a lot of comments across platforms, it was difficult to maintain an overview. We also use it to analyze the data and results of our different platforms. This addresses the problem that different platforms give different types of reports. Sometimes it is used to post/schedule posts. The problem here is that it is, for example, not possible to post on Instagram via desktop.

- Very good customer service.
- Posting/scheduling posts, they are not always compatible or possible (e.g., Instagram).
- Bit more information in results about how they are calculated.
- Possibility to add TikTok.
- Better connection to our followers and answering to negative comments.
- Better reporting of results.
Agorapulse has a better overall package. It offers conversation management, posting/scheduling, analyses for (almost) all platforms in one. Although not all features are there yet in my opinion and Agorapulse can still be improved, it is the most complete on the market at this point.
