Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agorapulse is great! The company has worked closely with our team to ensure we have the access we need to be able to respond to our customers quickly and provide information. Agorapulse was essential for us during COVID-19! The scheduling features helped us ensure we could plan weeks out and we love the ability to provide data on reports.
  • Reports and metrics.
  • Assigning DMs to certain users.
  • Taking notes on users.
  • Can glitch if multiple people log in to main account.
  • Cannot republish twitter posts.
  • Cannot access DMs more than a week old.
  • Positive - We were able to train new users quickly when there was high demand thanks to saved responses, notes and permission systems.
  • Positive - Great way to show higher ups the value of social media with their data tools.
  • Negative - Wish there was a better way to pull specific word mentions that aren't tags.
AP is definitely more user friendly than Hootsuite, which is the product we previously used. We were able to get many people trained on Agorapulse very quickly. I do wish Agorapulse had some of the tracking and exporting features than Brand24 has in terms of listening. We use them in combination to get the full picture.

It is very user friendly.
Every time I have had a question for the Agorapulse team, they have been more than happy to help out and find an answer. They are so wonderful to work with. We've had a few people get locked out of their accounts and they were able to help us get back in quickly.
Agorapulse is well suited if you need a team to have access to your social platforms, respond to DMS or need to institute an approval process. It is also very helpful if you are asked to compile daily or weekly reports on metrics. I would recommend to teams looking to get ahead on social media.
