Alteryx focuses a lot on providing enablement and support to their users, directly or via partners.
Alteryx has one of the best user communities I ever see.

Alteryx provides users with the ability to solve ANY data-related use case they might have, with a very easy-to-use drag and drop interface. Also, if you're are a tech-savvy user, Alteryx allows you to incorporate Python, R, or Scala code into your workflows, which makes the use cases you can tackle with it infinitely.

Extremely easy. Today, there is a lot of material available for self-paced training, but taking a 2 days training will allow companies to catch up with the tool faster.

Maybe it need some customizations (to improve productivity even more), but overall is great.

Configuration Lessons

Alteryx by itself doesn't require much of a config, but you should have your permissions and acess policies (to databses, network shares, AD, etc.) well defined, in place and updated.

Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - Very easy.

Extensibility and Customization

Yes - we have added extensive custom code - Extremely easy. We used JS, Python and R, and was really straightforward to integrate it.

Exceptional Examples of Alteryx Platform Support

We had a customer with some issues trying to connect to a cloud database. Alteryx involved engineeres and developers, until we found the issue and finally solved. It took a week of tests, but we did it.
