Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
AnyDesk is used for remote workers or home workers to access their PC's in the office. It makes remoting in for people easier than having to use a VPN. Takes a step away and anyone who services a lot of users knows, the less they have to do the better.
Pros

- Sees multiple screens
- User experience is customizable
- Easy to set up
Cons
- While easy to use, sometimes settings are difficult to find.
- AnyDesk has made it much easier for employees to remote into their work PC's
- Employees are finding it easier to use than VPN/Terminal server setup.
I have used AnyDesk before, and am familiar with how it works, so I didn't need to test other products as AnyDesk provided what I needed.
