Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk

We are using AnyDesk to provide remote IT support and training to our team. AnyDesk allows you to troubleshoot and fix system issues instantly by accessing user's system remotely. It also enables you to share your screen to give your team presentation or training, and record it for future use. It offers you high frame rates, low latency, and efficient use of bandwidth. It allows you to work across different operating system and devices.

  • It sometimes takes a very long time to connect to the AnyDesk server. In that case, it becomes difficult to troubleshoot the issue. It will be better if AnyDesk team provides a tool to trace it.

It is much affordable than TeamViewer and offers flexible plan.
