Appian is deep inside the University of South Florida. We have focused the work in two different areas
- Student: providing all kinds of solutions like portfolio, scheduling, student records, and general support for many activities for student success
- Faculty and Staff: travel requests, faculty evaluations, and assignments, Tenure and Promotion, HR Onboarding, etc.

Always available, including to listen to future new features that your organization misses. We decided to go towards advanced support and you even have a dedicated person with domain knowledge in your implementation. They have powerful tools to be able to visualize you as a client but also the performance of your implementation.

Usability

They are an excellent company always pursuing in increasing that excellence. Always listening to the market and to their clients, which is hard to find. Good partners, helping you at the start of your implementation and identification on where they can provide better business value. Sincere also to explain about what they won't be able to do.

We found a better cultural fit with Appian and after the experience working with them, we know we made the right choice.

Likelihood to Recommend

Appian is an excellent tool but requires a commitment from the organization due to investment in human resources. Really well suited for all types of business workflows, both for manual intervention and also automated.

It is not a specialized tool. If you are looking for an advanced CRM, buy a CRM rather than trying to build your own. Focus on letting other tools what they do best, and integrate with Appian.
