Overall Satisfaction with Appian

We use Appian across the whole organization. We use it as a workflow process to approve expedited freight costs.

Presentation, I think new and innovative ways to present an app is always aprpeciated

We have been able to lessen our expenditures on excessive expedited freight by putting it in a workflow and visible to all

Support has been timely and very comfortable to use

From a non-programming point of view, it is easy to use.

Appian is definitely more fluid than TrackVia and it is much more scalable and updateable than PowerApps.

I could think anyone could use Appian for the smallest business case use and a large use.
