Overall Satisfaction with AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer as a third-party analytics tool. We gather all essential data from several advertising sources like Google Ads, Twitter, Facebook, and Apple Search Ads. That helps us to understand our main KPIs by channel, campaign and even ad creative in order to either double down on what's working well for us or just stop unnecessary waste of money.

Pros

Cons

  • Customer Support is very very slow
  • Create better user guides and manuals
  • Increase in number of non organic installs
  • Decrease the cost of installation by 25%
Firebase provides a more complex and more robust analytical and data management solution for our app.
It usually takes over 15 hours for support staff to respond to any type of request.
