Overall Satisfaction with AppsFlyer

Appsflyer is our platform for attribution. It is used by the entire company, but especially by the Operations and Marketing teams, for day to day results. It helps us identify where our users are coming from, which channels are bringing the most valuable users, and understand where we should be focusing our attention in order to increase our app installs and conversions.

  • Raw data report download: being able to select which metrics to download and not the entire file, which normally is super heavy.
  • Retargeting attribution: how to consider both install and retargeting attribution at the same report.
  • Google Ads granular data: being able to track ad group and ad level data from Google Ads on Apsflyer, as it is possible for Facebook Ads.
  • Budget planning and allocation according to channel performance.
  • We have been using Appsflyer since day 1, which was essential to our business.

I was not 100% involved in the integrations and the BI and IT teams were responsible for all the steps needed.
For mobile attribution, Appsflyer is the most recommended, as it provides easy integration to many advertisers and media partners.
It is very useful for attribution and it meets all the requirements and use cases for this topic. I think it is one of the best platforms for this. For retargeting and app engagement (events and user behavior) it could have some improvements, as to have more funcionalities and more precise data.
